Hi all — I run charter boats out of Palma and occasionally need crew for delivery trips, usually repositioning boats between Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca. It’s not paid work, but it’s free sailing, great experience, and I’ll cover food and any marina costs.
Ideal crew would have at least Day Skipper level, be comfortable with early starts (we usually leave at dawn to catch the best conditions), and be reliable. Trips are typically 1-2 days.

Katrin, I’d be happy to help with deliveries. I’ve got a Yachtmaster Coastal and plenty of experience on boats up to 50ft. Delivered a few boats in Sardinia before I moved here. Let me know when the next one comes up.
