We bought a Garmin inReach Mini 2 satellite communicator before a trip that got cancelled and it’s been sitting in a drawer since. Used it once for testing.

Asking €280 (new price is about €400). Comes with the original box, USB cable, and a carabiner clip. The SOS and tracking features are fantastic — essential kit for offshore sailing.

Can meet anywhere in the Palma area. Happy to demonstrate it working.

Good price. I have one of these and it’s excellent — the peace of mind for offshore passages is worth every penny. The tracking feature is great for letting people ashore follow your progress. If I didn’t already have one, I’d snap this up.

Oh this is tempting! Is the subscription still active or would I need to set up a new one? And does it work well in Mallorca or is it more for longer passages?
